Keep animations between GIF and WebP (1.2.2) - #23

Conversation
An animated GIF converted to WebP used to become a still image of its first frame. GIF and WebP now keep every frame with its timing in both directions (lossy or lossless WebP, as the preset says); other targets still get the first frame, and multi-page TIFFs stay one WebP per page. Version 1.2.2. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Tests
New
ImageAndPdfTests: 3-frame GIF → WebP (lossy and lossless) → GIF keeps 3 frames and the 20/30/40 delays; GIF → PNG takes the first frame; 2-page TIFF → WebP writes 2 files. All 18 image tests pass.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
