Hi, I'm Javier Fernández Meroño 👋

Mathematical Engineering student at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (UFV), based near Madrid. I'm interested in post-quantum cryptography, data analysis and security.

What I'm working on

  • 🔐 Bachelor's thesis: a reproducible benchmark of classical vs. post-quantum hybrid key exchange (ML-KEM) in TLS 1.3, using OpenSSL and oqs-provider.

Projects

  • Proyecto_Cripto_Dilithium: implementation of the CRYSTALS-Dilithium post-quantum signature scheme in SageMath/Python (university cryptography project, team of three).
  • Modelo_P3: discrete-event simulation of the evacuation of a university building with SimEvents/MATLAB (team project).
