背景
v1.4.0的首次 Release workflow 已完成构建、依赖审计和 artifact 上传，但 PyPI job 在校验SHA256SUMS时失败。根因是
uv build在dist/中生成了隐藏文件.gitignore。checksum 生成逻辑把所有文件都纳入清单，而 artifact 默认不上传隐藏文件，导致下载后无法校验.gitignore。修复
v1.4.0tag；合并后通过同一 tag 的手工 recovery 重新执行发布。验证
./scripts/doctor.sh：通过，832 项测试。actionlint：通过。Closes #548
