Ubuntu 26.04 is not a released version of Ubuntu (the next LTS release, 26.04 LTS, is scheduled for April 2026). Attempting to build this Dockerfile will fail because the mirror.gcr.io/library/ubuntu:26.04 image does not exist. Please revert this change or use a valid, existing Ubuntu LTS version such as 24.04.
