Scope
Document GeneralUpdate.Tools inside the Samples online docs.
Acceptance criteria
- Covers launch requirements, Patch Package, Extension Package, OSS Config, Simulation, Report, and Hash workflows.
- Maps inputs and outputs to GeneralUpdate consumers: old/new directories, patch zip,
delete_files.json, manifests, OSS version JSON, hashes, and reports. - Includes troubleshooting and screenshot placeholders or final screenshots if needed.

Completed via PR #70: GeneralUpdate.Tools documentation has been rewritten covering all six modules (Patch, Extension, OSS, Config, Simulation, Report/Hash), download methods, and downstream consumers.
