We investigated these e2e failures and found that four of the five failing tasks fail with identical errors on the main branch, confirming they are pre-existing test infrastructure issues unrelated to the nanoid version bump. The recurring pattern — port 5829 conflicts between davinci-suites and journey-suites, and mock API connection failures — exists independently of this PR's changes.
