Adds an optional recent_context setting to instagram_account (default 0 = off, max 12). When set, each item carries the other N recent posts from the same fetched page as labelled, context-only text, with no extra API calls. Promoters often split one event's venue and time across posts, and this lets the AI combine them. With 0, output is unchanged.

Provenance

The Homeboy cook (agent-task-7349520e) produced this change, but Homeboy refused to publish it (durable_failure at promotion; the Lab changed-since gate needs a clean tree). Extra Chill Bot committed the cook's tree as-is, rebased it on origin/main, re-ran the gate locally and opened this PR by hand, outside Homeboy.
