fix(scraper): extract Bandzoogle Bandsintown tour lists - #1001
Addresses #998 (Bandzoogle half; does not close it).
Johnny Delaware's server-rendered Bandzoogle tour page (Bandsintown feature layout) now yields all 11 events: explicit inline-year dates, one record per card (not per responsive date duplicate), venue from .event-title, city from .event-location, ticket URL from the tickets button. Feature semantics are scoped to each card; native Bandzoogle calendars keep their existing handling, and inline years take precedence over calendar headers and inferred years.
Deferred: Dead On Live (.gig-list > .gig-row). The generic extractor expects title/date field pairs. Supporting these rows would need a separate field family (artist-name as title, a <br>-split date, venue links that aren't event URLs, and citystate containing ticket controls) to establish row boundaries safely. It's left for a separately validated change rather than a site-specific matcher. Fixture tests/Fixtures/deadonlive-tour.html is included for that work.
Tests: new live-snapshot fixture plus cases for inline-year precedence, mixed native/Bandsintown calendars, ticket-button precedence, and responsive duplicates. Extractor regression run in the cook: 151 tests, 636 assertions.
🤖 AI disclosure: written by a Homeboy cook (Claude via the Extra Chill Bot session) and pushed directly. The cook's Homeboy test gate was killed for no output after 300s during the silent PHPUnit phase, and recovery hit the zero-tests problem (homeboy#15333, evidence on homeboy#15884). The cook's own PHPUnit run passed. This PR's CI is the verification.
