Looks almost ready now, some final touches and questions remain.
- Implemented 'JSON_READY:' prefix in C# and C++ for robust IPC stream handling - Fixed EF Core duplicate Id tracking exception in AstVisitor - Replaced 'Unknown.dll' fallback with empty string as requested
