Fix npm audit vulnerabilities in client apps - #103

- Bump @angular/build to ^22.2.4 (matching @angular/cli) to pull in piscina 5.3.2 (critical: prototype-pollution RCE) and a newer vite. - Align Angular framework packages to ^22.2.3, required by the new @angular/build peer graph. - Override vite to 8.3.4: @angular/build pins vite 8.3.0, which is affected by the launch-editor and server.fs advisories (<8.3.3). - Bump vitest to ^4.1.12 in /clients/web-page (@vitest/mocker code injection). - Lockfile refresh picks up nanoid 3.3.20, fast-uri 3.1.9 and source-map-js 1.2.2. npm audit now reports 0 vulnerabilities in both clients.
