This PR lets experiments execute protocols for each dataset row and publishes the canvas, design, and measurement settings together as one experiment version.

• Adds dataset-to-agent column bindings, row-level planning, isolated inputs, persistent results, and per-row retries.
• Integrates row selection into previews and test runs, with row-level Cells, Runs, Results, and CSV exports.
• Adds searchable version history with editable names and notes, keeping production runs tied to published snapshots.
• Improves publication controls and scrolling in canvas resource browsers.
• Adds backend and frontend regression coverage for row execution, retries, results, and versioning.
