Format accepted by both uncrustify 0.72 (humble) and 0.78, checked with ament_uncrustify from humble and rolling on navmap_core. Only formatting, plus an alias (
Iterators.hpp) and a local variable (test_simplify.cpp) where the two versions disagreed.
