   Fixed by #298 and #354: the nginx-proxy template now applies htpasswd/_wildcard.<site> (and vhost.d/_wildcard.<site>_acl for IP whitelists) to the *.<site> server block of a subdomain multisite, and EasyEngine/auth-command#57 writes those files from ee auth. Released in easyengine/nginx-proxy:v4.13.0; ships with EasyEngine v4.13.0 (available in the 4.13.0 nightly).
