Bumps Desktop to 0.15.1, pins the engine to MandoCode CLI v0.15.1 (
91d640e), rolls the changelog, and addsdocs/release-notes-0.15.1.mdfor the release pipeline.This release adds replies that stream into the transcript as they are written and a context meter in every tab. It also restores tok/s in the reply summary and fixes the cut-off "Add tag" button.
570/570 Desktop tests passing; engine 769/769 on .NET 8 and .NET 10.
