concore.hpp reads concore.maxtime and concore.params from in/1 instead of in1 #620

Noticed local C++ nodes ignore ./maxtime and ./params. maxtime always stays 100 and tryparam() just gives back the default.

Looks like default_maxtime() and load_params() in concore.hpp (lines 1107, 1114) look in ./in/1/, but local ports are ./in1/. read() in the same file uses in1 (line 575), so does concore.py, and that's where the maxtime/params scripts put the files.

To check, I put 5 in in1/concore.maxtime and gain=3 in in1/concore.params, then printed c.maxtime and c.tryparam("gain", "default"). Got 100 and default. Copied the same files into in/1/ and it showed 5 and 3.

Tested on dev at 8e0913e, g++ (llvm-mingw)
