Ported from freebuff-private's claude-review.yml: one review on PR open, /claude-review to re-run, 6000-line diff cap, read-only tools, secret-quote backstop. Auth prefers CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN (subscription) with ANTHROPIC_API_KEY fallback; the workflow says so on the PR instead of failing silently while neither secret exists.

Port of freebuff-private's claude-review.yml (same finding bar, injection stance, diff-size cap). Auth prefers CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN with ANTHROPIC_API_KEY fallback; a guard comments when neither secret exists, so it lands safely now and activates when a secret is added. Opus-pinned.
