Description:

• Add the optional navigate parameter to LogoutAsync, preserving existing behavior by default.
• Allow applications to complete logout and handle subsequent navigation themselves.
• Document client-controlled logout navigation.
• Add regression coverage for both navigation modes and logout event publishing.

No server-side logout lifecycle changes.
