Summary

Adds lightweight bUnit smoke tests for all 24 routable Identity Lab components.

The goal is to detect page initialization and rendering regressions without introducing an exhaustive UI testing suite.

Changes

• Add smoke tests for all 24 routable page components.
• Preserve the existing behavioral render tests.
• Add a route inventory guard to detect newly introduced pages without test coverage.
• Provide shared bUnit setup for authentication, MudBlazor, and application dependencies.
• Update test documentation.

Coverage

• 24/24 routable components covered.
• 29 test cases, including the route inventory guard.
• No production code changes.
• No additional dependencies beyond those introduced in the initial bUnit implementation.

Validation

• Static route mappings and project XML verified.
• git diff --check passed.
• Tests could not be executed locally because the .NET SDK was unavailable.
• Compilation and rendering must be verified by GitHub Actions before merging.
