Summary

• adds a complete production runbook at docs/deployment/hostinger/vps/README.md
• documents the current Hostinger VPS architecture, DNS, firewall, Docker, MariaDB, Flyway, Nginx, Certbot and frontend publication flow
• documents first-admin bootstrap, routine frontend/backend deploys, migrations, backups, rollback and troubleshooting
• explicitly separates public operational data from secrets and forbids committing real credentials
• updates the root README to link the production runbook and replace the old "topology unknown" statement

Security

No real passwords, private keys, JWTs, database credentials or API keys were added. All sensitive values are represented only as placeholders.

Follow-up

ADR-0005 and the preliminary deployment runbook still contain historical/pre-deploy assumptions and can be reconciled separately if desired.
