Add complete catalog routing and adapter evidence, NativeLua and bounded live workflow coverage, and execution, utility, and pointer-file boundary regressions. Preserve comments array arguments and use the documented CE thread-list indexer. Update Client to 1.1.0 and SDK to 2.0.1, regenerate portable and AOT locks, and record fresh 5314-test Debug and Release passes, 651 NativeLua passes, 94.50% product C# line coverage, and the remaining native qualification gaps.

Preserves main's test-platform dependency updates.
Validation: PR CI passed all 5,314 portable tests in each of Debug and Release with zero failures or skips, formatting, isolated DLL catalog/load probes, Native AOT gateway smoke checks in both configurations, and release ZIP/checksum validation. Analysis and review checks passed. A fresh local run also passed 5,314 Release tests and 651 standalone Lua tests with the updated test-platform packages. Recorded product C# line coverage is 94.50%, including 94.37% in Tools. Independent Astra review has no remaining actionable findings.
The previous private dependency-refresh candidate passed bounded live workflows and independent target/gateway/host restarts with restored settings, unchanged installation, and no cleanup failures. 37 backend tools have receipt-backed native evidence for that exact candidate; 156 still need native fixtures and same-process plugin reload remains unqualified. Release notes preserve these boundaries and do not extend that evidence to newly rebuilt beta.4 bytes. SDK provider guards reject invalid states; the original dispatcher corruption's root cause remains unresolved.
