Outcome and linked issue

Prepare the seven Client packages for the requested 1.1.0 NuGet release. The optional Lua API is additive, so 1.1.0 is the next minor version after published 1.0.0. No linked issue.

Scope and architectural ownership

  • Date and finalize the 1.1.0 changelog; leave Unreleased empty with its four standard headings.
  • Promote the 16 existing optional-value API entries into the shipped baseline and record the 1.1.0 analyzer release without adding or changing diagnostic IDs/severities.
  • Keep the already configured 1.1 MinVer floor, 1.1.0 template default, 1.0.0 compatibility baseline, SDK pin, and dependency locks unchanged. The exact published version will come from tag v1.1.0 on the merged main commit.
  • Update the roadmap publication wording and record a dated, release-only host-check waiver for Q09/Q10/Q40/Q43/Q44/Q45/Q46. These live checks are unrun; no receipt, scenario result, capability qualification, experimental promotion, or F05 closure is claimed.

SDK owns Cheat Engine integration; this PR changes release metadata only.

Dependencies and containing artifacts

CheatEngine.SDK remains pinned to 2.0.0. No dependency or lock-file change. The local rehearsal uses the repository-pinned .NET SDK 10.0.401 from an isolated ignored artifacts folder because the machine now has 10.0.402 globally; global.json and the system installation are unchanged.

Validation actually performed

Check Command, run link or artifact Qualification level and Q-IDs Actual result
CI / Gate This PR's CI C0/C1, no host qualification Pending
Locked restore dotnet restore CheatEngine.Client.slnx --locked-mode C0 Passed
Debug build / tests Debug solution build; native MTP solution tests excluding PackageConsumption and LiveQualification C0/C1 2,836 passed, 0 failed/skipped; 0 build warnings/errors
Release build / pack Release build and pack with -p:MinVerVersionOverride=1.1.0 C0, published 1.0.0 API compatibility baseline Seven 1.1.0 nupkg and five snupkg produced; passed
Packed consumer / Release tests Full portable Release solution tests with CHEATENGINE_CLIENT_PACKAGE_SOURCE pointing to those exact 1.1.0 packages; exclude LiveQualification Managed tests and isolated package/template fixtures; Q40 package portion only 2,892 passed, 0 failed/skipped
Live host Not run C3/C4 Release-only waiver dated 2026-10-16 in RELEASING.md; qualification remains Unknown
AOT publication Publish with exact 1.1.0 override and execute the offline AOT probe Offline graph/execution, no CE host Passed, exit 0
Formatting Repository whitespace verification; git diff --check C0 Passed

API and compatibility

  • Public API: no runtime API change in this PR; existing LuaOptional additions are marked shipped for 1.1.0.
  • 1.x compatibility: no stable API removal or change, no new interface member or enum value.
  • Experimental APIs: CECLIENT5001-5004 remain unchanged and experimental.
  • Ownership, lifetime, cleanup, cancellation and partial effects: unchanged.
  • SDK pin and lock files: unchanged.
  • Migration: none for existing consumers.

Evidence

Local logs and candidate packages are retained under ignored artifacts/release-1.1.0*. GitHub CI validates this commit. After this PR passes and merges, the release.yml dry run must pass verify, ci, and stage before v1.1.0 is pushed. The tag workflow creates attestations and a complete draft release, then waits for the existing nuget environment reviewer before publishing. No approval or protection is bypassed.

This release-only PR promotes the existing Unreleased entries to the dated 1.1.0 section as RELEASING.md requires; it introduces no additional runtime behavior.

Documentation and review checklist

  • Scope is release metadata only; repository style is preserved.
  • Regression and package validation results are recorded; pending gates remain explicit.
  • No raw state/owner escapes the normal Client boundary.
  • Capability/artifact claims reflect actual qualification levels.
  • The existing changelog entries are promoted into the release section; the release-only opt-out marker is included.
  • SDK pin, dependency versions, and locks are unchanged.
  • No architecture ratchet exception was added.
  • No commit is listed in .git-blame-ignore-revs; normal squash merge is appropriate.
  • Release documentation records the host-check waiver and remaining Unknown qualification.
  • No automatic merge, protection change, or unsupported capability activation is requested. Publication follows the explicitly requested release through the existing gated workflow.
