chore: remove the storyboard generator - #182

It was an experiment nobody uses. Drops the Storyboard Generation page and its sidebar link, the /storyboard route, AssetGeneratorPanel and its styles, and generateStoryboard and the storyboardGeneration capability from the API client. The first-run tour now ends on Assets; accounts saved on the old storyboard step resume there. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The storyboard generator was a test and nobody uses it, so this removes it from the editor.

Pairs with the backend PR (COPPSARY/Motify-Backend) that removes the route. Merge this one first.
