Description

Story: BI-2977 - Genotype Results: UI/UX Improvements (w/o delete)

Renamed "Genotyping" to "Genotypes" on the left navigation sidebar and on the germplasm results page
Removed "Download" text from download links in table, making them icon-only
Added tooltip with "Download" to download link
Added CSS to style tooltips
Added aria-label for screen reader accessibility of download link

Testing

• Check left navigation sidebar shows "Genotypes" not "Genotyping"
• Navigate to Genotypes
• Check page title is "Genotypes"
• Check that for each row only the download icon is visible when there is no hover/focus on it
• Make sure tooltip appears on both hover and focus on download icon for each row (ie tabbing through page)
• Make sure tooltip matches figma wireframe (especially color, text formatting, location relative to link, lack of shading)
