feat(avatar): color every hair piece and wear built-in headpieces beside an accessory

Summary

Closes #1217. Part of spec #1209. This PR uses @botharness/pixel-avatar 0.9.0 (BotHarness/BotPixel#17), which adds asset version 4.

• Per-piece colors. Colors gains Bangs color, Back hair color and Strand color, next to the left and right side hair colors. Each one follows the hair color until you pick it, and Follow hair color resets it.
• Strand. A new Strand category offers none, ahoge, curl or double. It is hidden on a flower, and also hidden without bangs, with the usual "kept" note.
• Headpiece.
  • The category is renamed from "Drawn headpiece" to Headpiece.
  • It offers built-in cat, bunny and horse ears, little horns, a halo and new little wings, next to the Part Library's drawn headpieces.
  • A headpiece is worn together with any accessory.
  • On a version 4 recipe, the accessory list no longer shows the five accessories that became headpieces, unless one is still selected.
• Migration only on edit.
  • A saved Avatar wearing cat ears as an accessory keeps rendering as it was.
  • As soon as the Human edits a headpiece, strand or piece color, withPieces moves that accessory into the headpiece slot under version 4.
  • Older clients show the saved snapshot.

I captured this on an isolated DSH instance built from this branch. The speech is simulated, and no model reply was involved. Details: docs/assets/pr/1217-pieces-headpieces.

Verification

• pnpm typecheck, pnpm lint and pnpm format:check pass.
• vitest run packages/core and the editor tests pass: 1580 tests.
• A new editor test starts from a saved cat-ears accessory recipe and checks the full flow:
  • the accessory is shown as selected;
  • choosing a halo headpiece moves the recipe to version 4, and the old accessory clears;
  • the moved accessories disappear from the accessory list;
  • a bow is worn together with the halo;
  • the strand is curl;
  • bangs and strand colors are set, and back hair color is reset;
  • the saved v4 recipe contains all of the above.
