Before: the README described dot-matrix only in text and code, so a visitor had to install it or find the site to see what it does.

After: the top of the README shows the nine presets animating, the Components section shows six lattices with different glyphs and motions, and there is a link to the live playground at ui.botharness.ai. Each GIF has a light and a dark version, picked by GitHub's theme through <picture>.

How: the GIFs were recorded from the real @botharness/botui-core build (SVG renderer, handle.t stepped at 25 fps over two exact cycles so each loop is seamless) with headless Chromium, then encoded with ffmpeg. Four files under .github/assets/, 260–460 KB each. GitHub strips scripts and iframes from READMEs, so live HTML can't be embedded; the playground link covers that.
