Adds
arcli rbac organization,team,role,measurement, andtoken teamadministration commands. Existing actions and flags are retained. Token references resolve by numeric ID or exact name; lists support table, JSON, and CSV, while created objects and updates support table and JSON. Destructive operations prompt for confirmation and accept--yes. Table and CSV timestamps use UTC RFC3339Nano, including fractional seconds, and JSON retains timestamp precision. Tests cover fractional timestamps with non-UTC offsets. Closes #27.Verified locally with
go test -race -count=1 ./...,go vet ./...,go build ./...,gofmt -l ., andgit diff --check. Tests use HTTP fixtures, not a live Arc Enterprise server. The GoReleaser snapshot was not run locally.
