Adds
arcli mqtt healthandstats, plus subscription list/show/create/update/delete, lifecycle controls, and per-subscription stats. Create and update accept JSON from stdin or a file; credential-bearing files must be private, and subscription output redacts usernames and broker URL userinfo. Delete, stop, pause, and restart prompt before acting. Verified withgo test -race ./...,go vet ./...,go build ./...,gofmt -l ., andgit diff --check. Closes #35.
