Summary

• Preserve the PyArrow Table API and native column types while exposing cap and execution metadata in reserved schema keys.
• Reject failed, conflicting or malformed completion metadata; missing evidence remains unknown.
• Keep HTTPX TLS, proxy, timeout and pooling behavior, with bounded compatibility dependencies and real wire regressions.

Depends on #22. Related: #9. Includes cross-version integration fixtures and final compatibility documentation.

Test plan

• 441 unit tests passed on the final tree; 51 Arrow wire tests also passed with HTTPX 0.27.
• TLS, proxy/CONNECT/NO_PROXY, reuse, concurrency, cancellation and incomplete-stream checks passed.
• 16 real Arrow cap boundaries passed across Arc v26.09.3 and pinned main, sync/async.
• Full local suite: 465 passed, one expected OSS governance skip; the governance check passes on both Enterprise targets.
• Internal deep/security reviews completed; the identified gateway edge case is fixed and rechecked.
• GitHub CI passed: https://github.com/Basekick-Labs/arc-client-python/actions/runs/40612371630.
• Final manual acceptance passed against both pinned server targets; final exit status 0.
