Summary

• Parse Arc's array, null, wrapper and flat management responses.
• Preserve sparse updates; add explicit full replacement for released servers and CLEAR for nullable fields on newer servers.

Depends on #20. Related: #4, #8. Builds on the CQ response-shape proposal in #5; retains explicit replacement instead of hidden read-modify-write requests.

Test plan

• 345 unit tests passed on this tree.
• Sync/async management lifecycles verified against Arc v26.09.3 and pinned main.
• GitHub CI passed: https://github.com/Basekick-Labs/arc-client-python/actions/runs/40612355601.
• Final manual acceptance of this correctness slice passed against both pinned server targets; final exit status 0.
