Complete backup filter and restore-mode parameters #11

Priority

p2 — Residual parameter parity gap; concrete user demand has not been established.

Gap

PR #2 adds backup endpoints but does not expose main create(databases), list(include_foreign) or restore(mode). SDK wrapper, server. This extends existing PR work; do not rebuild its basic methods.

Acceptance

• Verify parameter availability and defaults independently on released Arc and main.
• Expose supported parameters in sync/async wrappers, with clear version limitations.
• Preserve restore confirmation and safe default behavior.
• Round-trip selected databases and supported restore modes on isolated data; test invalid modes and foreign-backup filtering.

Verification must record exact versions/commands/results and separate Manual Test from IA Test. Require sync/async cases, negative authorization/validation cases, and existing-regression preservation. Local Docker is appropriate for end-to-end server checks; inventory and clean up only test resources.
