Add local visual preset save/load and tidy data UI

Summary

Adds persistent named visual presets using the Web Demo's existing local settings object, moves Augmenta data ahead of Visuals, and cleans up stale visual/debug integration code.

Local visual presets

• adds Save as and Delete actions next to the preset selector
• selecting a preset loads it immediately
• saved presets are stored inside the existing augmenta-webdemo-settings:v1 localStorage payload
• keeps Default built in and Custom for unsaved edits
• saved presets are normalized, de-duplicated by name, and kept alphabetically sorted
• saved preset IDs are stable and local-only
• the currently active preset ID is persisted alongside the current visual values
• persisted visual values are validated before being written back into controls

The Augmenta data section is now internally named data-section as well, removing the stale debug-section naming.

Favicon

The WebDemo favicon was already the exact same Git blob as the Three.js example (1fffef23f280047517cd201c00fbf57f5aecbc23). The shared asset stays in place and the favicon URL is bumped to ?v=5 so deployed browsers refresh it.

Hygiene

• removes unused no-op visuals.setRightInset, setVisibility, and getOptions API surface
• isolates preset normalization/storage helpers in src/visual-presets.js
• keeps a single localStorage write path
• updates README and tests
• version bumped to 0.5.0

Adds coverage for:

• preset name normalization
• deterministic user preset IDs
• overwrite-by-name behavior
• malformed/duplicate persisted preset cleanup
• preset load/delete helpers
• reuse of the existing settings object
• Save/Delete controls
• Augmenta data ordering
