I had to change it so the packages folder in the src wasn't ignored. Is this different than how vr does it? https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/Aind.Behavior.VrForaging/blob/22c1e5cf4f86152c8b37abc3126a5d1726d3bad0/.gitignore#L14-L16

what I meant is bonsai does not exist, it should be .bonsai
