Add regression coverage for listing existing call-agent projects and resolving their details by project ID or name. Document that API projectType is an extensible string, distinct from the local framework binding; the existing CLI runtime already preserves this value.

Validation on latest main: go test ./... passed; the new regression passed independently; make lint passed its formatting, error-code and generated-doc checks (golangci-lint is not installed locally); git diff --check passed.
