1.15.0 added hb_way, hb_routine_at and hb_routine_note to the Node model but not to the upgrade step, so on a database from an earlier version every query on nodes failed. They are added at start now, plus a safety net that adds any nullable model column an older database lacks. Tests drop more than 50 columns across every table and check every model reads again.
