Add SITE.githubReleasesUrl, SITE.latestRelease, and releaseTagUrl() so version headings link to their tagged GitHub release instead of plain text.

Derive the Latest badge and hero links from site config rather than hardcoded strings.

Rename SITE.academy to SITE.engram pointing at https://engram.memofs.dev.
