Move the docs site canonical URL from docs.memofs.dev to memofs.dev (site config, sitemap, schemas, article links, newsletter copy) and point all Cloud product URLs (API base, dashboard, signup) at cloud.memofs.dev.

Correct the manifesto concurrency section to its solved state: atomic per-path serialized writes, cross-process advisory lock, optimistic hash checks, server concurrency gate, and advisory leases.
