Exceptor excepting the scriptlet filter doesn't work, scriptlet stilll gets injected

Regression from refactoring of scriptlet injection code

STR --

• Add example.com##+js(set, ubo, true) to my filters and navigate to https://example.com/
• Open the logger, refresh the page, select the scriptlet filter above and click on the exceptor widget to create a temp exception
• Watch the scriptlet still injected as per the logger and then stepping into code via console -

ubo dev build

edit: site.domain#@#+js() also no longer appears in the logger
