Support all GNU's `human_readable` arguments

Is there any plan to support from_block_size and to_block_size as they appear in the GNU code of human-readable?

There was not a plan, but I don't see a reason not to support. Are you interested in sending a PR? Or maybe detailing the requirements as test cases.
