Adding i18n Support for Localisation and Internationalsation

Current User's who know English can only use this project.

Describe the solution you'd like
We can add support of i18n through which user's of different places with different languages can use this application and this project reach can be increased.

Hi @darkshredder,

I’ve implemented the initial i18n support for #576 and opened PR #680.

The current changes:

• Added i18next and react-i18next.
• Added English and Hindi translation files.
• Added i18n support to the Login and Navbar components.
• Updated the login component tests to work with the translation function.
• Added the i18n initialization to the application entry point.

I’d appreciate a review of the implementation. Please let me know if any changes or improvements are needed, especially regarding the translation structure, supported languages, or which components should be localized next.
