Hi, thanks for this filter - it's a great addition to HAProxy's observability story.

I couldn't find a LICENSE file in this repository. For comparison, the sibling project opentelemetry-c-wrapper (https://github.com/haproxytech/opentelemetry-c-wrapper) does declare one (Apache License 2.0), but this repo doesn't appear to.

Could you clarify the license this project is distributed under, and add a LICENSE file to the repo? That would make it much easier for teams evaluating haproxy-opentelemetry for production use to confirm their usage terms up front.

The license used by the HAProxy OpenTelemetry filter is GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later.

I added a LICENSE file, and changed the SPDX identifier of the header files from LGPL-2.1-or-later to GPL-2.0-or-later.
