This standalone Agent Plugins 1.0 directory bundles exactly four skills: flydb, flydb-cli-release, flydb-migration-scripts, and flydb-multi-environment. It excludes the unrelated skill-description-translator. All runtime references are bundled with provenance; no Flydb source checkout is required. The existing Skills CLI and Claude Code marketplace distribution is preserved.
The plugin README contains an English introduction, fixed-version installation instructions, and example prompts. Skill instructions and most references are in Simplified Chinese. The workflows cover Flydb-specific CLI/JSON/Plan contracts, V/R/U migration discipline, JDBC driver integration, and environment approval boundaries. Database writes require authorization; this package installs no hooks, MCP servers, drivers or binaries.
Apache-2.0 covers the entire plugin directory and the four canonical source skills; the repository-level LICENSE-SCOPE.md explicitly excludes unrelated skills.
Pre-submission validation used awesome-copilot commit 7568a482ce2df38f8965ab5336a3220db796a4ba: Agent Plugins manifest compliance, vally lint (all four skills), version match and ref/SHA consistency pass against the published source. All 61 local Markdown links resolve inside the plugin, all 23 bundled skill files match the sources, four quick validations and 12 existing tests pass. No Copilot model behavior or database integration result is claimed; eval JSON files describe scenarios, not completed behavior evaluations.
Copilot CLI 1.0.83: the official ephemeral-marketplace install smoke gate passes against the fixed remote tag/SHA (overall quality-gate result: pass). A separate direct-directory install persists in plugin list, discovers exactly four plugin skills in skill list, and all 26 installed package files match the source byte-for-byte. With this CLI version, a manually registered temporary directory marketplace reported installation success but a subsequent plugin list cleared that record; the official isolated smoke procedure and direct-install discovery checks above are reported separately. No model behavior evaluation was run.
