Add feature for accessing the shared preference/database in Flutter Dev Tools.

It would be great to have the shared preference & database available in flutter dev tools. We can see it & modify it to test/develop easily.

Can you clarify what exactly you mean by "shared preference & database"? What data are you hoping to visualize in devtools?

Closing as superseded by DevTools Extensions: Database and persistence inspection is supported through DevTools Extensions created by package authors (such as Drift and Isar extensions).
