Timeout not honored

This error message from the java client makes it sound like I hit a timeout (10899) that was lower than the set timeout (30000):
com.datastax.astra.client.exceptions.DataAPITimeoutException: [CLIENT_TIMEOUT] - Timeout while executing command 'insertMany' timeout: 30000 but was 10899
