Support for libvirt configuration in kvm_agent recipe

Hello devs!

According to CloudStack documentation there is a required step to configure libvirt and an optional one to configure CPU model for KVM.

There is no Chef for that in both cookbooks (including wrapper). Is it intentionally left off ?

What is the recipe for that in your workflow?

I think the cloudstack-agent does apply some required configuration to libvirt automatically, but true, this cookbook should provide resources to update the agent conf if you need different cpu support.

Also, I think for tuning such as enabling nested hypervisor or custom libvirt tuning, the should be done via a wrapper cookbook.
