[Question] - Why isn't this app searchable from the Github marketplace?

Just a curious why we can access the https://github.com/apps/changeset-bot page directly but when searching https://github.com/marketplace the app doesn't exist. Is there a reason for this?

We need to publish it to the marketplace, but it looks like GitHub would request a lot of information, that some we don't have: https://docs.github.com/en/apps/github-marketplace/creating-apps-for-github-marketplace/requirements-for-listing-an-app
