Laravel Octane support

Hello, this package wrong bootstrap time value while being used with Laravel Octane. It seems that after the first boot of Laravel, the timing never stop its counter.

@elzdave I've submitted a fix in PR #43.

In the meantime, you can apply the workaround directly in your project without waiting for the package to be updated:

1. Create app/Http/Middleware/OctaneServerTimingMiddleware.php

2. Bind the patched middleware in app/Providers/AppServiceProvider.php

The $bindings property tells Laravel's service container to resolve ServerTimingMiddleware as your patched version wherever it is used, no need to change any middleware registration.
