When adding a domain pattern via the chrome extension, there's an option to delete all indexed entries that match. I'd like the same option when adding/editing skip entries in the /rules page; either "run all rules" or a checkbox in the edit form to "apply this rule retroactively"
I see #606 which may conflict with this -- if there's a way to bypass rules and index manually, then Hister would need to take care not to override the user's decision in that case, possibly by retaining a "manually indexed" flag in the doc -- but for my case, once I realize I want a rule skip to happen, I would really like an easy way to completely purge it.
