Need a way to build documentation

Running dub -build=ddox failed due to dlang/dub#162.
The generated ddox documentation would look like this http://dlang.dawg.eu/std_allocator.
Not sure how we could reuse dlang.org's infrastructure.

Maybe @s-ludwig knows a good way to generate documentation.
