Subject: [PATCH] chore(release): prepare 0.6.2

Advance the extension manifest and changelog for the 0.6.2 release.

Restore the historical requirements call-to-action with its existing image asset and point it at the current README anchor so Ghostscript and Poppler setup remains prominent on GitHub and the Visual Studio Marketplace. Replace the smaller text notice to avoid duplicating the same guidance.

Verified with an immutable Yarn install, linting, dependency audit, the complete unit and VS Code integration suite, and VSCE 3.9.2 packaging.
