Issues with OIB for MDE configuration on MacOS

We are using the OIB for MacOS and its great, but the MDE configuration policy just wont work.... gives me a lot of errors on the Privacy -> System Policy All Files. Anyone with the same issue? I have tried to import the policy again and also created it manually, but still the same result.

I checked this other case out, but I do not use the authorization or the plugin/organization in any of these settings.

I am having the same issues. It seems the Intune UI with these kind of configurations is very wonky. Read https://www.reddit.com/r/Intune/comments/1ij4l1s/mac_os_remote_help_privacy_config/ for example.
I managed to fix it by deleting either Allowed or Authorization. You really have to use either one, and remove the one you are not using (minus sign to the right to delete it)
In the screenshot of the Errors, you can see that Allowed and Authorization are being pushed down. This will not work, I would recommend to remove Allowed completely.

Instead of using the OIB, I actually followed this guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-endpoint/mac-install-with-intune
And used the .mobileconfig files available for download there, to configure MDE.
